Pre-appointment details
Thank you for your interest in working with us at The Barnhart Group. We are a family of agents who strive to protect other families. Each appointment is free and typically takes 15-45 minutes, depending on any questions the clients may have.
Cancellation policies
Please do so if you must cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. We typically sit with 10+ families per day, and a different family in need would have taken your slot but couldn’t if you waited too long to cancel or reschedule. Please be courteous of others. Thank you.
Payment Policies
Each consultation is free, and no charge will be taken from The Barnhart Group. These insurance products cannot be bought. Our agent’s job is to find what you qualify for and provide which carrier’s product will give you the most value for the least cost. All we do is submit a request for coverage with no medical exams and then wait 24-48 hours for an answer. After that, you have a 30-day “Free Look” period to increase, decrease, or cancel your policy with a 100% return on premiums.
